The "Nanomaterials, Electronic and Living systems" Research Department carries out research into:
This research department brings together skill sets ranging from nanomaterials to electronic nano and microsystems. The main applications of the studies carried out are in the fields of health, energy and environment.
The groups of this department aim to develop new properties of nanomaterials by functionalizing them mechanically or electronically and to design electronic microsystems for biomedical applications.
The department is structured around 6 groupss of around thirty permanent members. It also hosts around twenty doctoral and post-doctoral researchers.
