Abstract

Temperature and magnetic field measurements play a critical role in numerous fields, from healthcare to automotive. This paper investigates a multi-sensory (temperature and magnetic field) surface acoustic wave sensor. The structure with connected electrodes enables the simultaneous measurement of the temperature and the magnetic field (sensitive CoFeB layer). Moreover, the temperature compensation has been shown and has led to the Best Regular Paper Award at the IEEE RFID-TA 2023 international conference.
