Events for pupils and teachers

Our researchers very often organize or take part in events entirely dedicated to this public secondary school students and teachers.

Here are some examples of actions in which IJL researchers are involved:
- Conferences in middle and high schools
- Visits of the laboratory
- Immersive days at the Faculty of Science and Technology and the laboratory (conferences, presentation of the scientific education program of the university, presentation of scientific platforms)
- Participation of our researchers to the open days of Faculty of Science and Technology and the engineering schools
- Testimonies during job fairs
- Participation to the « Cordées de la Réussite »
- Participation in actions for the promotion of women in science
- Training for secondary school teachers in connection with the Maison pour la Science en Lorraine
- Organization of the regional selection of the Physics Olympiad (1st Wednesday of December)
